Bio
Since graduating in 2015 from SAE Vancouver with her Diploma in Audio Engineering & Music Production, Charlotte Duggan has been working in and around recording studios ever since. In 2017 Charlotte followed up her Diploma by becoming Canada’s first female Avid Certified Instructor for Pro Tools. In 2018 Charlotte was accepted into the prestigious Audio Recording Engineer Practicum program at the Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity, where she worked in world-class facilities alongside other accomplished audio engineers, producers, and artists from all corners of the globe.
Charlotte has worked in recording studios across Vancouver, Banff, Los Angeles, and London. She has maintained a staff engineer position at Monarch Studios since 2017, in addition to staying busy working as a freelance mixer.
She excels at blending genres, and unusual recording techniques, and is an analog distortion enthusiast. At SAE, Charlotte oversees the Pro Tools certification program, the Workshop Series, and the Tutoring Program.
