Payments and Refund Policy

Paying your Fees

SAE Institute Vancouver does not accept cash payments for tuition and other program-related fees. For tuition payment, please refer to the payment options below.

1. Credit Card Payments
   • SAE Institute Vancouver accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
   • Credit card payments can be made in person, over the phone or online.
2. Cheque or Money Order Payments
   • Bank draft/money orders and personal cheques.
   • All cheques must be made out to SAE Institute Vancouver, and be sure to include student name and SAE Institute Vancouver student number on the face of the cheque.
   • There is a $50 fee for all returned cheques.
   • Payments can be made in person or mailed to:

3. Wire Transfer Payments
   • In order to complete the wire transfer you will need to provide the information below to your financial institution:

4. Pay Online
   • PayPal is the most commonly used payment system for online transactions worldwide, it’s safe, fast and reliable.We accept all major credit cards and you can make a payment even without having a PayPal account.
