Immigrating from another country can be challenging but it is also a great opportunity to learn more about yourself, develop new abilities and get out of your comfort zone. That is exactly what happened to me when I came from Brazil to Canada. Living in a multicultural city like Vancouver made me grow as a professional as well as a human being and I am extremely grateful for this opportunity.

At SAE I was able to combine the administrative assistant, customer service, and international student advising experience I already had with my musical and audio engineering background. With over ten years of experience as a live sound engineer, singer, and songwriter I found at SAE the opportunity to explore two of my biggest passions: music and helping out students accomplish their dream careers.

When I’m not on campus helping out current students, touring, and interviewing potential candidates for our programs, you can find me on stages around town, performing live at Latin festivals with the liveliest Brazilian band in Vancouver.
